Due to the hygienic nature of our products, BraidsBae Exotic Hair does not accept returns or exchanges once hair packaging has been opened, worn, or altered.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can review and resolve the problem.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for review.
